XR15 blue - Gen 4, 5, or 6?

Started looking into getting a used XR15 blue. Around me there are several available, including gen 4, gen 5 and even gen 6 (with the seller saying they are going back to their gen 4s). Anyone have any thoughts? Prices go $180 for gen 4 to $400 for gen 6. Are there significant differences? I have a 25g IM lagoon with mostly lps.
