I just want to say I've purchased many frags from world wide coral and have always been unbelievably satisfied with what I received. I have had issues with customers in the business I'm in and have bent over backwards to "make things right" although it was just a bad customer. Then to have them turn around and come back to my business and want to do business again after they trashed us everywhere they could, we live in a world now where no gets this one thing. In the skeem of life, it's not worth it and just roll with the punches. Why cause such cancer in every one else's lives . Why ***t on them and turn around and make a big deal about it and make sure every one knows your were "wronged" it shows everyone the kind of person you really are.

If you don't know what this is in response to, no big deal. But if you have read the post I'm talking about, you will know

Because customer service never fixed the issue if you read, it has everything to do with shipping and customer service not world wide as a company. I mean second paragraph literally says (I believe vic and Lou has nothing to do with this) not sure how you missed it. Between phone calls and emails since December of last year it's been so bad and honest feedback was the only way to let them know, I was tired of sugar coating it. I ask 4 times to talk to a manager or higher up and Alex would never let me? If vic or lou seen chalice they would know immediately that's an eternal flame chalice not a crazy fox! But it has nothing to do with that, the ability to not be able to talk with a higher up, resulted in the public posting. Simple and put.
How else would somone tell a head of company the issues with shipping, misidentifying, flatworms, being called a liar, monti eating nudibranchs, no heat packs in winter, invasion of privacy (by looking up my Facebook and posting my full name) umm what else arguing with me instead of simple just disagreeing about a name of a coral (which jason will tell you it's a eternal flame not his crazy fox) and a whole bunch of other things?
Do you know of a better way to tell higher ups. If u really read all messages alex clearly blocked me from talking with them! So what's a better way?

Don't worry about it, it doesn't matter stuff happens. When you are on your death bed, will this be on your mind?

You missing the obvious point
First off I would not have responded to this post if I were you. Now everyone knows who I'm talking about and only has to look at your profile and see what lm talking about. I read the full post. Every word. There's so many life lessons to be learned from your emails to WWC. I can tell you for a fact you have harmed others in your life far worse than you have been "harmed" by WWC. With that being said, why would you then go and make that post. What I mean is we are all at fault in life in many ways and the world would be a better place if we remember that and just shrug things off when they happen to us.

I had so many problems with online live items over the last few years that I only buy mostly from my LFS.

I read the whole thing and bottom line to me is you saw coral that didn’t look like what it was labelled as, bought it, then got upset it didn’t match the title

I just bought a “banana holy grail torch” I knew from the pics it was a dragon tamer. I liked it and bought it.

Guess what came. A dragon tamer. And I’m not going back complaining to the seller because I didn’t get a banana grail. I saw the pic. The price was good. I bought it. And what came matched the pic. No need for an argument. Title was wrong. Pic was right. I’ll take a pic and my own ID over someone else’s title

That was pretty much my interpretation of events as well.
