I have this one that I can ship. $75 + shipping (standard 2 hour DOA).
Size is somewhere between a dime and a nickel. I also have several dime sized like the one on the bottom right with less or no red ($65 for those).

Mother has multiple green streaks/dots (hard to capture with my cell phone).
