I print mostly light spill shades for the community. I'm curious what light you have over your sump. I know some models of the kessil lights are difficult since they get warm. Usually PETG is a more heat tolerant material to print with and they last longer than PLA.

If you strike out with acrylic I could potentially 3D print a barrier for you. I would need precise measurements from you and consider how you plan on installing it. I've made sump pieces for others in the community, but most folks seek me out for the light spill shades.

If I can be of help, shoot me an email [email protected]

Happy reefing!
