Can anyone identify what’s going on with my wrasse? He has some white blotches on him (doesn’t look like ick or velvet but I’m not sure of course). His tail is not looking great and he’s been acting very lethargic today compared to normal.
Any ideas?

How long have you had the wrasse?
What other fish are in the tank with it?
I can't see the tail clearly, what "isn't great" about it?

Looks like bite marks or injury. Half its tail is bitten off, something I see clowns doing
What other fish are in the tank ?
