Wow! I picked up a "established" tank and this was my dip results!

I'm about to embark on a long quarantine journey, but here are the results from the livestock first dip I acquired.

A little backstory: I used to simply place my corals in my tank without any issues. However, when my Montipora corals started dying and I had problems with my Zoanthids, I began investigating. It turned out that pests were the culprits. Fortunately, I was transitioning tanks and could resolve the issue quickly.

That's when I started at least dipping my corals. Now, I have a small frag tank set up for quarantine.

Just wanted to post for maybe some newer hobbyist

I know not everything in the picture is a pest or a critter, but the sheer amount of debris surprised me.

Lord, I hate bristleworms. It is my goal in life to have a tank devoid of them. Yeah, I know, they can be beneficial, but I still dislike them.......Ugh.

Ya that's the unfortunate part of dipping sometimes you kill the good ones.

SAME!! I felt sorry for one that got into my first little tank and now I have SO many in my little Evo 13.5. Sometimes at night I'll shine a flashlight in that tank just to creep myself out. Something must be wrong with me because as a kid I'd go to the library and look at books about spiders just to creep myself out. I CAN'T stand spiders. Maybe I need to talk to someone
