Before I added a fw filter floss with good bacteria in it to a sw filter and it survived(i dont know if 100% of all of it did, but it did the job), right now bio spira is very expensive and im thinking of using this instead, this was recommended by a couple experts and it DOES work, not like the other crap, it worked within 18 hours BUT it was for fw...

It could work but honestly, you need to let the cycle run it's course naturally. People have tried several methods to jump start a cycle but at the end of the day, it's going to take time and will not speed up the cycle. Microbacter 7 is pretty decent as well for your goals.
