Would a single Azure or yellow tail damsel work in a 10 gallon cube?

I have a AIO 10 gallon cube, the display area is 13.8" wide, 13.8" tall and about 11" front to back. I really want to add a pretty fish, and I really love Azure and yellow tailed damsels. Everything I read online says that they need 30 gallons minimum or they will be really aggressive, but what if they are the only fish in the tank? Would they take their aggression out against the inverts that are in there with them? I'm thinking I might need to decide on something different. I just really love the blue and yellow!

Attached is an older pic just to show the size/scape.
