I was given a rock from another tank holding some anemones and found this guy the other night. Haven't been able to get a view under white light yet but looks like he's helping me out with the algae

I can't see the video. Can you post it via YouTube or post a screenshot?
I'll try to get some photos of it under white light tonight if I can find it.

Can't say for sure with the red light, but my first thought would be a Peanut Worm (Sipunculan) or similar, which would be beneficial.
