Hello everyone. I found this worm in my tank today and took it out. Not sure if I should put it back in. I cannot figure out if it is a bristle worm or a fire worm. I heard Bristle is fine but fire you need to remove.

I would say definitely a bristle worm. And one at that size you could almost guarantee that you have multiples of them in your tank. If you add a little food in the middle of the night and look around with a flashlight you should be able to see all of them come out from the rocks. I personally have a whole bunch of them in my tank and they don't harm anything they clean up the detritus on the bottom
