I don't currently have a tank so my life revolves around my other passion which is bodybuilding.

A weightlifting belt (nothing too fancy) would be greatly appreciated as my deadlift is starting to get pretty heavy! My gym has some but I have a 28 inch waist so they're too big :( A smaller width around 3 inches would be best for my deadlifts, something like this (small size) would be perfect:

On the other hand supplements would also be appreciated!
My workouts can sometimes go on for 2 hours and I've been in need of a good pre-workout to keep me energized to the end. I've researched and I'm interested in "Wild Thing" by Assault labs. Heard amazing thigns about this stuff, both flavors seem good so whatever may be available :)

Some chocolate gold standard whey protein is always appreciated too!

I’m a huge fan of the MegaWatt V2 pre workout by 1stPhorm. If you haven’t tried it, you should. It is amazing...
Only one problem :(

Under 21? I guess I didn’t think of that! I think a lot of pre workouts have disclaimers like that though for legal reasons...
Yeah probably. It doesn't really matter that much though, pumping yourself full of unnatural stimulants can't be good for anyone but I'll do anything for a bigger bench lol

Yeah, what’s odd is this one isn’t as much of a energy blast as an endurance booster and a good pump for me. So the disclaimer is interesting...

May want to switch from whey. Lots of better proteins out there. It’s about positive nitrogen balance. Been hitting it hard for decades. Need at least 1gm protein per pound of body weight a day. Give or take. I am 55 I keep my bench within 10 pounds of 350 still use the 130 pounders for dumbbell presses. Other supplements have not been shown to do much. I study this stuff for the NIH. Keep hitting it hard!
