Getting my cleanup crew tomorrow which includes some emerald crabs. Do I need to worry about anything eating these green plants growing off of my live rock?

They won’t eat anything beneficial, unless you’re trying to use the algae for nutrient export… which is usually only done to prevent algae in the first place. You’ll likely always have some of that stuff in there now that you have it. How much is totally up to type of fish, size of clean up crew, and nutrient management.
