I’ve been checking Liveaquarias SW fish selection for a while now. There seems to be quite a lot of selections that are unavailable compared to pre-covid-19. Just wondering why this still is in 2023?

Also, I saw a fire shrimp listed for about $100 USD?

Yeah I used them years ago and was happy with my order. Now they seem to be out of stock of everything and the site is janky and doesnt work half the time. Not sure what's going on there.

It has to do with transshipping and availability. LA distributors also sell to Pet stores and other facilities and LA gets a piece of the pie. I ran into the same issue with my LFS. The Larger stores seem to get the best pick of livestock

Plus, I believe that LA switched wholesalers (again) when Petco sold them.
There is probably nothing that they can do, to ever get my business back.

They started a downward spiral shortly after Foster and Smith sold out IMO. They used to be one of my go to places but not any longer. Been reading too many stories of delayed shipping and deaths etc.
