My Duncans has retracted all of its tentacles, and just looks flat now...
Its been like this for 1.5 months now... but yet its still growing new smaller heads..
Alkalinity = 9.8
Calcium = 480
Magnesium = 1500
Nitrate = 11
Phosphates = under 0.25
Ph = 8.1

Very likely you have an underlying nutrient issue which is causing the issues with you corals. Dinos are common in new tanks because they lack nutrients. Id start by vacuuming out as much as you can and checking out the dinos thread.
