Looks like scrape marks and either from fish darting into rocks or being chased/bullied. While these marks typically heal on their own, keep an eye on them for becoming red or sore which will require treatment.Hopefully this is better
Ok thanks for taking the time to reply .I think it could be the sand which is quite large .
