White tentacles from rock

Hoping someone can ID this tentacle looking thing. It sucks right back completely into rock any time I try to find it. TIA

Stays in same place. Possible to move the rock above but I'll have to wait for it to come back out. I'd say the tentacles are like 6in long or more, just depends on what it's reaching out too.

I'm going to guess spaghetti worm then. They form tubes and thus won't move around like medusa worms that I also mentioned. They are harmless filter feeders, so enjoy your little freak!
