Hello,

I just received a Bicolor Blenny from an online QT vendor. After placing him in the tank he went hiding in the rockwork, I finally found him and noticed a white spot at the edge of his mouth. Is this something to be worried about? (He has not come out of the rockwork to see if there's any other white spots on him, as I just placed him I don't want to scare him out and place extra stress on him)

This looks like an injury to the mouth area but also could be sand. Image is a little dark to fully tell, but keep an eye on it for positive healing and not leading to infection. In case it becomes infected, would not be bad to have seachem Kanaplex on hand should it be needed.

Is it only on the fish’s right side? I’ve seen these blennies have spots like that normally, but on both jaws.

In the 1/2 second I have seen his left side it looked like he actually did have it on both the left and right. Hopefully he's more comfortable tomorrow to come out so I can confirm.
That's good to know though! I looked through dozens of photos of them and never came across one with anything like that.
