Had my tank up and running for about 3 months. Unfortunately my tank got hit with marine velvet and wiped out all 6 of my fish. I’ve had the tank sitting fishless with only four hermit crabs and one emerald crab for about a week now. Just today I started to notice white spec on my glass moving through out the glass. Just curious on what they could be.

I think you said "moving" on the glass.
If so, my guesses would be some kind of "pods" or potentially flatworms but no way to tell from the pictures.

You could scape some into a small container with a bit of water and see if you can get better view to see if they have legs or not.
*microscope (digital or conventional) would be nice if they're really small
