I need some help identifying if something is off with my little clown.

He's in my second system and the display refugium now. I put him through a full duration of Furan-2 to address if the white skin mark was a slime coat issue or an infection from a wound. I just put him back after being in QT for the duration of the Furan-2 treatment. It appears the white marking is still there. He seems full of energy. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I shot an iPhone video; I think it captures the clown's behavior and the white marking on his skin below his dorsal, on his right side.

100% what @Maritimer said. Your clown unfortunately has the early stages of brook. I would recommend a acriflavine or formalin bath followed by observation in a sterile QT.

I can't get the video to load because I have no cell service but the picture looks like early stages of brook, as said. Great advice given thus far.

I have a Mandarin in this system. He's established and has been with me for nearly a year. If I wanted to Rally bath all of the fish in this system:

1 Square Tail Tang
1 Chromis
2 Clowns
1 Mandarin

Also: 2 cleaner shrimp/Macro tank/ cleaner invertebrates

Would the Mandarin be ok in a 90minute Reef Rally bath?

To eradicate Brook, do we suggest i need to to go fallow in the system? @Humblefish's Brook thread dictates a 6 week fallow period.

6 weeks fallow is required to purge an infected DT of brook.

Would the Mandarin be ok in a 90minute Reef Rally bath?
Yes; but I also recommend metro treatment for 10-14 days in the sterilized QT to be sure brook is completely gone from the fish.
