Pic a little fuzzy but appears to be possible bite marks (something clowns would do)but moreso, injury which should heal on their own. If this worsen or develops sores, treat in separate tank using Seachem Kanaplex

Are the spots only on the right side, or are there some spots in roughly the same location, but on the left side?

I have a clownfish who’s a little aggressive at feeding time, so that’s possible. Thanks.

Could be - that's why I asked if there were lesions on both sides of the fish's head....
