White organism growing in butt

This showed up yesterday and is growing rapidly can anyone help identify it? And maybe a solution?

I have nothing useful for you other than this lol
The pic is a bit far away to see up close, my initial guesses would by hydroids, eggs from something, or a sponge or bacteria. Hopefully someone else has a better guess
