White hairs coming off cleaner shrimp? - Parasite? Sickness? Normal? See Pics

I noticed some white hair like things coming off of my cleaner shrimp today (see photos & video). You can really see it protruding from his legs and tail. Does anyone know if this is normal? I'm afraid it might be a parasite or some sort of sickness but I cant seem to find much information on it.

I don’t think that is normal for cleaners. My best guess, assuming it is a parasite, would be a type of hydra? Is it acting different?

No, not acting different and eating like normal too.

Thinking it could simply be some algae growing on him. See if once he molts he looks clean. When they are getting ready to molt they typically stop cleaning their shell/antennae.

Def this! My shrimp used to turn green from algae and then super clean after molting

Update: Looks like it was associated with molting. He got rid of the shell and appears to have shaken it off. Appreciate the help @Pkunk35 @JGT
