I have a tomini tang in quarantine right now. I noticed that he has a white blemish on one side and I’m wondering if it is something to be concerned about. Does ich or velvet ever present this way? I’ve uploaded a couple pics for reference. TIA!

This is very likely an injury and should and will heel on its own. Having a tomini myself, you by now may have noticed how easily they startle and the raw PVC tubes don't help. Thye fish should heal on its own, but keep an eye on area to assure its healing and not becoming infected.
It would not be a bad idea to acquire and have on hand Seachem Kanaplex or Maracyn 2 should it become infected.
Keep an eye on ammonia levels also with a reliable Test kit

Look like a scrape to me as well. This fish is in quarantine, what have you treated it with so far?

I haven’t treated him with anything yet.

You should consider a comprehensive quarantine protocol:
