I have a 3 - 40W set ups that I am going to put on my new build. I’d like to rebuild all the gaskets and get new couplers, I have to remove the reducers I have on their now. Also, I want to get the gasket for the sleeve, but it doesn’t appear to be part of the service pack. Where can I get all 3 of these parts (x3) from one location? Heck, I can’t find any of the gaskets anywhere. Does Pentair sell direct?

Not sure if I can help but I have a Pentair 40 watt UV that I rebuilt myself about 2 years ago. On my unit the center pvc had become ultra thin! So much so that one day it cracked when I was doing a bulb switch. I actually went to Home Depot and bought a 3’ section of 4” black ABS pipe and a couple couplers. Then I just measured and cut everything so that it would be the same length, glued it back together and everything fit nice. As for the O-ring. I didn’t replace mine but it’s probably a 4” outside diameter by 1/8” thick? You can find any o-ring you might need on Amazon…..

I would think that Pentair supports their products with replacement parts. In my mind they'd have to! Generally, on the user manual, there is a 'blow-up' of which parts are where along with part numbers (not sure about Pentair products, but even my toaster-oven has one is the point).

They have the parts listed as a service pack, can’t find it in stock and the one gasket they recommend to change annually is not included in this and is listed anywhere for sale. None of the parts are available by themselves.

Very interesting. This has me thinking. Did you simply add a coupler to mate the new to the old? Did you use a T to make a new couple assembly?
