I am getting very close to building a 120+ gallon setup and am starting to look for an aquascape. I know I could make my own, and would likely really enjoy doing so, but my wife would not enjoy it. I know the tradeoffs but would just like to know where you guys have looked or know of that have large to order, or premade, aquascapes that I could purchase to put in my large tank after letting them soak in large tubs for a bit.

The website I know that does custom sculptures is https://aquarocksdesigns.com/

But you can also check your local saltwater service places. The ones that take care of aquariums or build aquariums also tend to build custom rock structures also
Some coral focused LFS will also do that

Try asking your LFS, they will probably do it. An LFS did mine, and I thought I liked it at first but I ended up ripping it apart, buying more rock, and doing it myself. It really isn't very hard and can be lots of fun. Buying one premade can be expensive.
