Where can I find this?

Just lost this piece a few weeks ago, and want to find another like it. It was a no-name from a LFS that is no longer around. I think it may be A. Horrida, but not entirely sure. Was an extremely slow grower for me. Any help is greatly appreciated!

That's about as big as it ever got for me. It was under t5's. Reefbrite actinic strip as supplement.
