Any cliff notes as to any improvements over the H380 as far as features go?

I get that half the light isn't half the price but at this price point, those prices seem pretty close. I was expecting it to be lower in comparison to the H380.

Nonetheless, anxious for more reviews!

The H160 is independently dimmable/adjustable in spectrum, as well as controllable via the H-Series Spectral Controller. The 380 isn't controllable, it only has off, bloom and grow settings.

Thanks for the details. Given some real functionality improvements, the price comparison makes a bit more sense.

Thanks for keeping the community supplied and informed! Keep it up!

@Tam Ngo Just spoke with Kessil to get an answer to this. According to them, the below percentages on the Apex should be pretty close (this is just an estimate because Apex is a third party controller).

20% Color = BLUE
40% Color = GROW
70% Color = BLOOM
100% Color = RED

Hope this helps!

@Silver14SS You may actually be able to get by with the H80 on that size. I've used that one on a similar size fuge area with good growth results. That said, because the H160 is dimmable, you'll be more likely to have a bit of extra power with the ability to dial it back to where you're getting optimal results. With the H80 I think you'll end up using every bit of power you can get out of it.
