Things are always busy around here, but one thing we never overlook is what you have to say. We’re genuinely interested in your feedback, whether it’s good or bad. We don’t judge, and we’re not offended by criticism.
Our current products are also subject to change if customers suggest improvements, different versions, colors, sizes, etc. That’s why we have a changelog and feedback section on each of our product pages. We believe there’s always room for improvement.
In fact, did you know that our latest creation, the Frag Ship Single, was developed because of a suggestion from a fellow reefer right here on R2R? While we respect privacy and don’t mention names, we always give credit. We’re also working on another product suggested by another R2R member! Collaborating with customers is one of our favorite things to do.
We thought we’d start this thread to create a space for discussing anything you’re thinking of. This is one of the great things about a forum like R2R—we get to discuss and share ideas. While we’re not focusing on computers, lights, or pumps at the moment, everything else is up for consideration.
We’re leaving this door open, so if you feel like sharing anything, go ahead—we’re listening.
