Those are utter chaos I think. Also, those are zoanthids, not palythoas. Palythoas generally have thin tentacles with sharp ends and incorporate substrate into their flesh while zoanthids are irritated by sand and substrate getting on them.

They are thin and sharp. The picture just doesn’t show it.
No, palythoa tentacles are thinner. Some zoanthids also have sharpish tentacles. Most true palythoas are also not as colorful as zoanthids.

Are these zoas toxic? Because I also have mandarin oranges in my tank that I may need to frag.
All zoas contain palytoxin, but if you use gloves, don't touch any openings on your body, and wash your hands afterward, then you'd be fine. Palythoas are more toxic though.
