I have 4 zoas, 5 SPS corals, and 2 LPS. Most require moderate currents except for the 2 Birdsnest I have. It use to be a FOWLR. Im more concerned with the fishes as im running a mini protein skimmer and HOB filter with a GPH of 200 and they stay away from that area of the tank. Ive been reading so many different GPH for reef tanks of my size. I have two clowns, I watchman goby, fire fish, and a blue green chrome, along with a royal gramma, and 2 shrimp if it helps.

I would get a Ecotech Vortech MP10. What is great about this circulation pump is that you can control the flow, through your phone, with different types of flows, until you find the right amount of flow. It is $330 dollars but it is worth every dollar, and it will last for years. Check their website, but the MP10 is the size you need.
