What is this? Very tiny, and looks to be in a self made hole. Video isn’t to clear, but comes out fully a couple of times. Yes I do see the aiptasia.

Yes, I can’t tell 100% but it looks like it has something that lures then near the hole and it pops out. Fast as hell.

Looks more like some kind of worm to me . Try and get a better picture or video.

I'd personally get it out of the tank and Put it in the sump .

While it looks like an amphipod, I believe this is a mysid shrimp and it will eat copepods.
Easiest removal is siphoning with 1/4" tube that has good suction
