What is this? Very tiny, and looks to be in a self made hole. Video isn’t to clear, but comes out fully a couple of times. Yes I do see the aiptasia.

While it looks like an amphipod, I believe this is a mysid shrimp and it will eat copepods.
Easiest removal is siphoning with 1/4" tube that has good suction
