Looking more closely at the URL you will see 728X90? Reverse it and divide 728 by 90. . . what do you get? 8.08888888888888888888888888. . . round that up. . . what do you get? 8.09. More like 80s 90e latitude and longitude. . .

definitely an illuminati meeting site in Antarctica. . .

It simply looks like a broken link to me. Or possibly some security setting/firewall/etc that could be causing the URL to fail on your browser. I don't think anything wrong or unethical is happening.
