What kind Pod is this?

First tank! The tank is established with cycled rocks from others. Found small critters crawling around the glass (even during the day when light is on). I think this is some kind pod? Maybe Isopod or Amphipods? Should I be concerned? Only have some invertebrates, 2 clown and 1 green chromis in the tank right now.

Just look like copepods. There harmless.

Munnid isopod. Good guys, no issue.
