What kind of worm is this?

My camera is a point and shoot so 100 percent in focus macro shots are un heard of for me.

It looks like a bristle worm but has tentacles or something around the mouth and it does this weird wiggley thing when tampered with,if that helps any.

Looks to be a fire worm there not good to touch.... Lol

Ok,but do they have appendages on their mouth? I thought fireworms were kinda like bristle worms.
