What kind of torch is this

It looks like a gold Aussie looking at other pictures online but I can never tell the difference between indos, aussies, and Malaysians other than tentacle size & length. I got it from another hobbyist and just put it in last night.
What type of flow would you recommend cause all my infos are in pretty high flow.

Gold. Can't tell the difference, either. Probably similar flow.
