Hello!

Does anyone know what type of anemone this is? It was sold me as a rock flower anemone but after a long search on both the forums here and on the search pages I haven't been able to find what type this is and if it requires special care.

His/her tentacles seem to be very short? Is this just the type? or do I need to do something special.

Thanks!

That’s a mini carpet anemone. Requires the same amount of care as a rock flower
It really looks similar yes. Is there anything special about them? size, dangerous?

Kind of surprised that I bought something else then it was sold me in the shop. (usually my LFS is quite on point)

They are a sticky nem usually harmless gets about 6 inches. Very easy to spot feed. Sexy shrimp and anemone crabs will host. Not a natural anemone to host clowns.
Its not a known fish eater. If a sick or injured fish than maybe but the usual thing to have happen.
