I added a second light January 5th as some of my zoas were stretching on the one side of my tank + other corals showing signs of needing light. They are in acclimation mode 50% until the 26th. All of my corals including other zoas are much happier now and back to normal (or close) except these ones. The stalks shrunk back down instead of reaching but now some stay closed. It also looks like one has damage? I currently have no fish, 2 hermits, nassarius snails, blood shrimp, and a turbo. I’ve already redipped these zoas a month ago in case of pests but found nothing. I have looked at them under a flashlight at night more times than I can count and the only thing I see is copepods. Is this zoa on it’s way out?? And what should I do?

They need more light and nutrients. How's the moss condition in the tank? Isn't there too much filter material or zero phosphate?

Damaged tentacles are removed by themselves or partially recovered even if left uncut, but full recovery is difficult and slow. I recommend that you separate healthy gut feelings.
