Hello I am wondering what this is? Found it inside a dead turbo snail shell eating him

Most likely a sun dial snail.

Looks like the operculum of a (now dead) snail

I only assume sundial because of the post.

But, I'm curious now if it does move on it's own

Omg lol your right I looked it up lol. I had seen one in my sand bed onetime and thought this was a different one that had gotten to my turbo snail. I mean I guess I should of thought of this since it was found inside the shell lol
