What is this?!

I picked one of my rocks up to move my rfa and saw this on the bottom. Anyone know what this could be?

Looks like an encrusting soft coral, like gsp with polyps retracted. Is it stationary or does it move? What happens when you touch it?

That's kind of what I thought too. It's stationary (at least so far that I've seen). It didn't do anything when I touched it, but I just barely ran my finger over it.

Bta, duncan, gsp, birdsnest, zoas, and kenya tree

My bet is a piece of gsp that got stuck under the rock, encrusted and tried to grow out. See if it starts slrouting polyps in the next couple days.
