I haven’t been carbon dosing, but I have had some major blackouts from storms this last month, and it feels like it exploded after that and vacationBacterial slime possibly. It's caused by a kind of bacteria that grows out of control into big slimy mats. Usually it goes away on it's own as the bacteria loses to other kinds over the long term. Otherwise siphoning and controlling nutrients are the cure same as a pest algae. Can be caused by the over feeding or by carbon dosing.
