Need help identify what this is. Is it some type of worms or possibly eggs? Harmful? What should I do to get rid of it? They are curly white and more with the water flow.

A little too blurry but is it on the actual coral? If so, the coral looks a little irritated and it might just be mesenterial filaments. A clearer picture would help, if you can get one.
