What is this? My Acan has a large tongue??

I have never had an acan before. Not sure what this is... Yes, more than happy to be made fun of if I am supposed to know what this is.. . It looks like a tongue coming out of the middle of my new acan frag.... I will post a video as well...

Really hard to tell there but I suspect it grabbed something that was floating by.

Good deal on all. Just wanted to make sure that I didn't need to be concerned. Thank you everyone... If it does anything different I will put it out there. Right now it is like a small bubble on the side of it (about 1/3 the length it was)...
