When my lights go off. I see these little things floating around the water column. I was able to catch it with a net. I have never seen this before. The picture is the best I can do. Cuz my phone sucks lol.

I don't recongnize what is in your picture. A lot of planktonic critters will swim in the water column or crawl around the tank when the lights go out. I expected to see a copepod, or maybe a shrimp. That almost looks like a shrimp, but it also looks like a chuck of fish excrement, or??? Are these swimming around (maybe in circles) of just drifting in the currents?

Hopefully someone else will recongnize this mystery. :)
