Looks like a type of cyano structure that mats easily but is non-rooted like GHA and should blow off easily with a turkey baster and can be netted or siphoned right away so its not allowed to spread or place rock in a container of tank water and pull or scrub off and then increase flow slightly and add cleaners such as Citon, astrea, cerith and ninja star snails, pitho crabs, Caribbean blue leg hermits which are tiny.
