What is this? And how I get rid of it?

We have a couple of pineapple sponges in our tank. It is perfectly fine to have; but it can be a sign that your tank is maturing properly

As for removal: I had these early on and they seemed to just run their course and disappear on their own. Most of mine were in the sump.

Is it a newer tank? Usually they start to disappear when the tank matures and will only grow in the dark areas like in a sump or under side of rocks that don’t get light. I guess if you really don’t like how they look just pluck them off with some tweezers
