"All to reek" = "All for Reef"? :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
Without knowing your levels it would be hard for anyone to advise properly. As for where to take the water sample, anywhere you're not actively dosing (as that will potentially skew the results).

Before starting to dose you should establish a baseline for your consumption. Do this by testing 3-5 days in a row at the same time of day and getting a feel for your daily drop. That will determine what your daily dose needs to be.

Then you might have dose done extra over the course of a few days to get to your target numbers. I have never dosed all for Reef so can't help you with how much to dose based on the daily consumption, but I am sure there are plenty of people who could help with that.
