Surprisingly hard to say for sure from the pics and vid, but I'm thinking it's probably a bubble snail (Cephalaspidean) of some kind - the ones I know of offhand which may (at least superficially) resemble this are Haminoeoidean Bubble Snails (Haloa and Haminoea species specifically) and Bulloidean Bubble Snails (Bulla species specifically). I wouldn't be surprised if more genera from the superfamilies looked similar as well, but I'm not super familiar (no pun intended) with these snails yet.

These kinds of bubble snails are generally herbivorous - so good, safe clean up crew in most cases.
There are a few other kinds of snails with a similar body shape, but I'm not familiar with any that share this color offhand.
