Hello, new to reefing. New Montipora Seasons Greeting frag arrived from online order - anyone know what appears to be growing on the side of the coral? Thanks!

Aiptasia. Since it looks like you haven't mounted that frag yet, you might pull the frag out of the water quickly, scrape the aiptasia the best you can, wipe it off, then put a dab of super glue over the spot where it was. (There are others ways to combat them, but that's probably the easiest approach given where it is.) You don't want those taking over your tank.
