It’s really hard to take a picture but it has a small orange base with like 30 tentacles?

I'm going to bet its either Cirratulidae or Terebellidae. I wouldnt be too concerned with either, unslightly? sure. dangerous? naw. They may upset close by corals if they are constantly rubbing up against them but I havent ever had an issue with them. They'll probably die out on their own after a few months.

I wouldnt, from the 2nd photo I'm guessing its been "neutralized"? Seeing how it appeared to be embedded in that blasto frag, I'd remove it as well, but thats only so the blasto can grow unimpeded, if you find some in your sandbed or elsewhere you can remove them or let them be. Pretty harmless filter feeder.
