What are these?

Can anyone tell me what these are? I recently got this acro as a freebie on an order (I mostly do LPS) and it was in a poor state when I got it. Its since turned completely white and these little bugs are crawling all over it. Are these pods or something more serious? I've considered adding more SPS but worry now after finding this.

Those could be flatworms although it’s hard to tell due to the quality of the image. I would definitely dip it in revive or a potassium chloride dip.
